Usher and assist donors on pre-donation requirements (forms filling, questionnaires
etc)

Please defer to the Nurses / Doctors on any medical inquiries.

Please constantly collect and put back the pens into the toolbox
provided. Pens are easily misplaced.

Liaise with Medical Staffs on duty and assist with ad-hoc request.

In addition, help in forms filling for Organ Donation.
Note:
Volunteer must wear shoes at all times.

- Volunteers to assist nurses
and doctors to segregate packaging (e.g. plastic, cardboard boxes) and store
in a corner for collection
- The Logistic Management
Volunteers will come regularly for the collection of recyclables.
- If too much recyclables are
accumulated and needs to be removed immediately, please inform your Lead Coordinator or Registration
Counter.
Note:
Kindly flatten all carton boxes not in use.
