Shrine Hall Usher (SH) Volunteer Pack

Usher devotees into hall and devotee coordination.

Gather offerings from devotee (flowers, oil, rice, etc…) and place it
at the altar.

Emcee read from a prepared script to guide the devotees into the
Shrine Hall for blessing and offerings.

Usher the devotees to exit the Shrine Hall after each session.

Clean / mop floor after each session.

Remove the offerings (flowers, oil, rice, etc…) and set them aside at a corner
after each blessing session (while devotees are exiting the hall). Logistic Management Volunteers will collect them.

Clear the altar after every blessing session and make room for the
next batch of devotees’ offerings.

Crowd control outside the shrine hall.

- Flower offering will be collected by Logistic
Management Volunteers.

to be removed immediately, please inform
your Lead Coordinator or Registration Counter.
